Personal Development Coaching

Almost anything can be made easier through personal development

Find your authentic self

Maybe you feel stuck. Maybe you feel like you’re at a crossroads. Maybe you feel like you’ve been stuck at the crossroads for too long.

Whatever you are facing, you have some agency in resolving it. You may need to tap into your core values to find the best path for you, or you might need to wrestle with an ingrained belief that needs to be released or replaced. Often, progress requires a bit of both.

Together, we’ll examine your values and beliefs to help you move through your challenges and progress into a more integrated, effective, open, and resilient human being.

Many people refer to this as “life coaching.” To me, that places too much of an emphasis on the coach. This is about you and your personal development.

What People Are Saying

“[Personal Development] coaching has made immense improvements in my personal relationships. My relationships are at all time highs and I feel much more love and fulfillment in my daily life. You have a wonderful gift and I thank you for helping me change my life. I look forward to every session and can’t wait to continue this growth.”

“Flame understands and embraces the good, the bad, and the ugly sides of me. She listens and guides me down the right path, even if it’s not what I want to hear. I leave each session with a better sense of self and with clear direction for improvement. Working with Flame has made me a better human, both professionally and personally.”

Answer the questions that hold you back.

Sometimes these unanswered questions are keeping you from progressing to your next stage of life. Some common questions I help clients with:

  • How do I find harmony when all I feel is overwhelmed?

  • How do I navigate obstacles and remain motivated when it feels like my life has stalled?

  • How do I overcome frustration with the people who have influence on me at work?

  • How do I find balance between my responsibilities at my job and at home?

  • How do I find my true purpose in life when I feel unfulfilled and stagnant?

  • How do I feel less isolated and make connections that enhance my life and sense of community?

  • How do I find joy when the edges of life have dulled and I’m only going through the motions at home and work?
